our story
Welcome to ABridge2Thrive, a beacon of hope and support for women navigating the tumultuous waters of burnout caused by occupational stressors or life’s adversities.
ABridge2Thrive was born from its leadership’s history of mentoring women for over 25 years. We supported women and guided many to success by providing physical, financial, legal, and professional assistance. We are now faced with an unprecedented crisis of BURNOUT among women. In 2019, the World Health Organization officially recognized workplace burnout in the 11th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11). At ABridge2Thrive, we understand the profound impact that burnout can have on women from all walks of life. Whether stemming from the pressures of work or the challenges of personal circumstances, burnout can leave individuals feeling depleted, overwhelmed, and lost. That’s why we’re here—to offer a guiding light, a helping hand, and a community of understanding souls dedicated to healing and
empowerment.

Our founder’s corner
ABRIDGE2THRIVE'S FOUNDER
- Yana Spivak
Meet our founder, Yana Spivak, a resilient woman based in New York City whose extraordinary journey has driven the inception of our foundation. With over two decades of experience in upper management within the healthcare industry, she intimately understands the toll that the demanding and high-stress occupation can take on individuals. Enduring severe and debilitating symptoms of burnout herself, she initially brushed them off as personal weaknesses, persisting in an unyielding pursuit of professional excellence.
As her condition worsened, our founder extended her workdays, sacrificed sleep, and neglected weekends and much-needed rest, all to keep pace with mounting work demands. Then, in 2020, the inevitable transpired – she collapsed, unable to report for work for the first time in decades. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of her healing journey, a journey that ultimately inspired her to establish a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women facing similar challenges.
Her vision for ABridge2Thrive is unwavering: to spark a movement that empowers women with the resources, care, and community they need to navigate the complexities of burnout and life adversities. Recognizing that her story resonates with countless women worldwide, our founder is committed to creating a vibrant and sustainable community where women receive meaningful assistance, support, and the tools to thrive personally and professionally. Join us as we unite to bridge the gap between burnout and thriving.

We are asking everyone who mentored and helped women in the past, as well as those who want to take part in helping women in this crisis, to donate to our campaign.
All donations are going directly to build and maintain our educational and mentorship program. We will be sharing our updates on a regular basis.
